Orlando Marriott - Lake Mary
2001-2002
DDI provided interior design services for this new 304 room Marriott. Completed in June 2002,this hotel feature 21000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a casual restaurant, Lobby bar and health club. The hotel won lodging hospitalities 10th annual design competition for 2002. The competition recognized the top hotel designs for 2002. The Orlando Marriott Lake Mary was selected because of its colorful cutting edge design which takes inspiration from the flora and fauna of central Florida and the high tech office park which it is located.

RENAISSANCE HOTEL
AGOURA HILLS, CALIFORNIA
2002
This renovation and conversion to a 287 room Renaissance Hotel was completed in March 2002. The expanding customer base has been extremely complimentary of this unique new design. The hotel has increased the average daily room rate thirty five dollars per night since completion of the renovation.
