Design Directions International orchestrated a total renovation of this 28 story, 30-year-old-hotel overlooking Mobile Bay. All 374 guest rooms as well as the Presidential Suite, Governor’s Suites and Hospitality Suites were involved. A new Concierge lounge was also added.

The public area renovation included a water feature with custom glass sculptures and a backdrop of mosaic tiles. The inviting, newly-renovated lobby bar features fiber optic ceiling lighting and flows directly into a new Cyber Café, which is open 24/7. The completely renovated second floor features a new dining room with a private dining area, bar and lounge.

In addition, Design Directions International designed two ballrooms, a board room and multiple meeting rooms. Due to its location overlooking Mobile Bay, references to a nautical theme were used throughout the hotel.
